You are studying a short course in another country. Your accommodation was arranged by the course provider. There is a major problem with the accommodation.

Write a letter to the course provider. In your letter,

     - say what the problem is
     - describe the accommodation you thought you were getting
     - ask the provider to solve the problem

I am Nikita Roy, a foreign student studying the six-month-long photo editing course in your college in London. To be honest with you, I am dissatisfied with the accommodation I am provided with.

In fact, I thought that I would get a room of my own with all the modern amenities including Wi-Fi, sufficient natural lighting, lift, and enough space to live. But the real scenario is just the opposite. I have to share the room with four other girls, which is really inconvenient. And sunlight is not available during the daytime. Therefore, often I feel suffocated and congested in the room

As I had a written agreement with you, hope you would take immediate measures to solve the issues. I would appreciate if you allow a spacious room for me and arrange for a continuous power supply with Wi-Fi and other facilities as soon as you can.
