Model Answer:
Dear Mr Moor,
I am Nicholas, a tenant of your flat at 17 Beaver Street and a student in an English language school in Brighton. I am writing to inform you some issues I am facing in your flat.
The water heating system on the roof had been malfunctioning and you sent some workmen to fix the issue. They tried but could not fix the issue successfully. The heating system is still inactive and causing suffering for me and my other flatmates in this chilling weather. On top of that misery, the room heating system is not working as expected. We cannot control the temperature and it takes more than 2 minutes to turn on.
So, I think a recheck of the water heater and heating system by some experts would be better than engaging the local workmen. You may also contact the system supplier and know if they can send an expert to fix the issue.
Expecting your prompt action on that.
Yours sincerely,
Nicholas
