Hope you and your family are doing great. In fact, staying with you in New Zealand was one of the best experiences of my life. I still miss you, Barbara and Nicolas. You will always be in my mind.

I am writing you to inform that I left a small bag at your home that contains some of my personal belongings. The bag is brown in colour and I left it in the room I stayed in. I need the bag immediately and thus badly need your support in this case. I shall be highly grateful if you kindly send me the bag by an express courier service. I will cover the courier costs. In fact, it would be hard for me to finish some important tasks without the contents of the bag. It contains my identity card among others that I need to use in my office.
