You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.

A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Write a letter to your relative. In your letter:

- explain the arrangements you have made for him/her to get keys and enter the house
- tell your relative how to get from the train station to your house
- say when you will be home and suggest what you could do together that evening

You should write at least 150 words.

You do NOT need to write your own address.

I am so glad that you are finally arriving in the city. I met you long ago and years have passed since then. Hope it would be a very pleasant stay for you this time.

Unfortunately, I have to leave home early in the morning on the day of your arrival for some important tasks in the office. But I have arranged everything for you. I will drop the key to my neighbour Sayem. He is a nice man and lives in the apartment B2, adjacent to mine. He would be expecting you.

You can take a taxi from the rail station and it would not cost more than 5 pounds. Just tell the driver to take you at the fifth avenue and he would do the rest. I will text you my apartment's address. I will be back home by 6:00 pm. And then we shall move for strolling across the city and have dinner in a restaurant.
