You have taken a cruise on a holiday and have been disappointed with the experience.

Write a letter to the cruise provider. In your letter say:

- what went wrong
- how you felt about it
- what do you want to be done about it

You should write at least 150 words.

Dear Sir,

Last week I took a cruise from your shipping company to enjoy a vacation with my family but my experience with it was not pleasing at all.

First of all, the cruise appeared to the pier almost 40 minutes later than expected and this whole time my family with other passengers had to wait! It was supposed to start at 8:00 am but it started its voyage at 9:15 am. This is not acceptable at all. Moreover, the ship compartments were too much crowded. It was advertised that only a few people will have the ride while the entire ship was crowded and it was not a comfortable experience at all. The meals were the worst one I have experienced so far. Overall, the entire cruise was below the mark.

Therefore, I would like to suggest some changes in the cruise plan. Please be attentive in counting the passenger numbers before selling tickets. It would be wise to revise the meals as well.
