You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.You went to the local hospital’s Emergency Department with your young child who had severe stomach pains. You had to wait for almost four hours before your daughter was treated by a doctor and, while you were waiting, you were constantly ignored by the other staff.
Write a letter to the Registrar, complaining about the service you received.
You should write at least 150 words.You do NOT need to write your own address.

I am Mark Joseph, a local resident of Belgravia, London writing to complain about the inadequate assistance I received from your hospital last Money. I had to rush to the emergency department of your hospital with my 3 years' old daughter due to her severe stomach pain last Money but the doctor did not see her promptly and other staff members behaved unprofessionally.
Firstly, it took me more than four hours to get a doctor. I had to wait there for the time being for the arrival of the doctor and my daughter was in misery. In fact, in this modern age, this is extremely undesirable to wait long hours for doctors. And unavailability of reserved doctors for emergencies like this is unacceptable. Besides, whenever I asked about the doctor’s arrival, other staffs ignored me and did nothing for my daughter. I deeply felt helpless and angry at that time.
I would appreciate your attempts about the issue that I experienced at the hospital. And I would be highly grateful if you reply with a resolution or attempts that you took against the insincerity of the doctor and other staffs.
