You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.You took your family to a nearby restaurant. You were disappointed with the meal and wish to complain to the manager.
Write a letter to the manager of the restaurant. In your letter,- explain why you were at the restaurant
- describe the problems
- write about the action you want the manager to take

Model Answer:
Dear Sir,
I am Chi Be, a resident of the Hangzhou and a regular visitor to your restaurant. Last Monday, I went to your restaurant to celebrate a family event but was completely disappointed with the meal and service.
We picked your restaurant to celebrate our son's 5th birthday. I even let your staff know beforehand. However, it was quite frustrating that the meal that we were served was poor in quality. And in fact, some of those were not fresh. I do not know how you served stale food to your clients! When we complained about the food, the staff did not even listen to our complaint politely. And lastly, my younger son had digestive disorder after having the meal at your restaurant and I am taking the issue seriously.
Therefore, I want you to take actions against all the complaints. Please ensure the meals are safe and healthy. Besides, you also need to pay attention to the meal quantity if you want to achieve client satisfaction.
