You noticed a room at your company office that can be used as a relaxation room. Write a letter to your manager and ask to use it for this purpose.

In your letter:

     - Explain why you suggest this
     - Which room is it?
     - What changes will need to be done there?

You should write at least 150 words.

Recently I have visited a large company in New York and noticed their relaxation room for their employees. A room at the south corner of our office is left idle and could be used for the similar purpose.

Almost all the employees need recreation and useful breaks as they work hard for the company. So, I think the room could be used as a recreation room for us. A few modifications and minor changes will serve the purpose. It needs a television set and a couple of comfortable chairs and a table will do the rest. You will not need to paint the room to make it newer but the addition of a table fan or repairing the air conditioner would be a plus. The costs will be less than expected.

I have talked to a manager of the company in New York where I noticed the relaxation room and he mentioned that it actually escalated their employee performance. Why don't we try it?
