Dear Mr David,

I am a foreign student in Tokyo Technology University and writing to seek your guidance about a lost book that I borrowed from the library.

I borrowed the book - 'The basic of automation' from the public library last month, 18th March to be specific, and was set to return it by this week. So, I was in rush to finish the book. Unfortunately, I left the book on a bus last night while returning home from my university. I contacted the bus company immediately I noticed that I left the book and they said they had no luck finding the book. I suppose, someone has taken the book from the bus and I will get it back. This whole situation seems so embarrassing to me.

Finding no other ways, I am writing you and seeking your valuable suggestions in this regard. Could you please instruct me what can I do now?
