Write a letter to railway authorities for the revised timetable

IELTS GT Writing Task 1 (Letter Writing) Sample:

You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.

The train you take to work no longer stops at your station. Write a letter to railway authorities for the revised timetable.

In your letter:

     - introduce yourself
     - what are the problems caused due to the changes?
     - what do you suggest them to do?

You should write at least 150 words.

You do NOT need to write your own address.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Karan Gomez, a regular commuter of the Duranto Express train that runs between Bangaon to Kolkata. Recently, I have found that the train schedule has been changed and it no longer stops at the Bhubaneswar station.

It is causing serious trouble for me and hundred other commuters like me. In fact, I did not have the idea that the train schedule might be changed and even there was no prior notice of the change. When I arrived the station yesterday, I was surprised that there was no train at the usual time and the schedule has been forwarded. It was tough for me to reach the office that day and many other commuters had to suffer due to this. The same problem persists while returning from the office.

Thereby, it would be beneficial for commuters like us if you kindly reconsider the revised timetable and keep the precious schedule unchanged. Please publish the revised schedule and stoppages, and publish at a place where everybody can notice it.
