You should write at least 150 words.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Model Answer:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am so excited to be a part of your college and my classes will start from the beginning of February 2019. I would like to stay in the college Hall of Residence. Here are some requirements for me and shall be obliged if you kindly reply soon. Please advise me if as suitable accommodation is available for me at the college or if you have an alternative.

I would like to have a single room with an attached bath. Natural light access would be appreciable as I love working in natural lights than consuming the electric power. The room should be spacious enough for movement. Please be noted, I am a vegetarian. So, I would prefer vegetarian meals. Please inform me if you have the facilities for the vegetarian people or if you have an alternative to that. In fact, this is a concerning issue for me.

Hope, everything will go right and I will be a perfect resident at the Hall of Residence.

Thanks in advance.

Yours faithfully,

Paul Adam.
