   - tell him/her when you think you can move in.

Hope you are doing fine. Recently, I have rented one of your apartments at the fifth avenue in Brisbane. The apartment is D4 and it is on the 7th floor. I was set to move into the apartment next month, but I am afraid, I cannot move in next month due to some unavoidable issues.

Recently, my office has assigned me a task and I will have to travel to two Asian countries and stay there until the mid-April. I will travel to Malaysia next week and after a week I will be in Thailand. So, it would be impossible for me to move in the apartment in due date. Hereby, I would like to move into the apartment at the beginning of May.

I have already paid the rent for the month of April and after I move in, I will pay the rent for May. I would request you to continue my contact even though I do not show up in April.
