You have just spent a weekend staying at a Hotel in London. When you get home you find that you have left a bag at the hotel.

Write to the hotel manager. In your letter,

   - Introduce yourself
   - Describe the bag and its content that you left there
   - Explain what you want the manager to do about it

Dear Mr Jack,

I am Ronnie Brown, a guest to your Holliday Inn Hotel, London and I stayed at room 304 from 24th March to 27th March. I am writing to inform you that I left a bag in the hotel room and did not notice it until my return to my house at North Lanarkshire.

During my departure from your hotel, I left a small black bag in the room I stayed in. The bag contains some a mobile charger, some cash (around £220), a pair of jeans pant, some important documents and a cardholder. I guess I left the bag owing to my hurry to catch the flight. So, none to be blamed actually. Hope, hotel staff has got the bag by this time.

It would a be a great favour to me if you kindly send me the bag by an express post. I am ready to bear all the charges. If I lose the bag, it would be a great blow to my business.
