You and your family are planning to spend a weekend at a seaside hotel.

Write a letter to the hotel making the arrangements. Let them know when you will be arriving and leaving, what type of rooms you would like, and ask them how much the weekend will cost. Also, inquire about activities and places of interest near the hotel.

You should write at least 150 words.

I and my family wish to spend a weekend at your seaside hotel in Greece and have already confirmed our flight from Spain on 27th June. I am writing to book your hotel for three days.

I will arrive on Friday evening and wish to leave the hotel on Sunday. And I expect two double rooms for me and my other family members. The room should be large enough with attached bath and Wi-Fi connection. We would prefer to have our dinner at your hotel. Would you please mention the rent and cost of other amenities? Besides, I would also like to know about the surrounding places near your hotel. You can suggest some activities suitable for families. Also, suggest things we can do there during our stay. We will appreciate your suggestions.
