You have decided to leave your current employment. Write a letter to your employer. Include the following in your letter:

      - explain why you have decided to leave the company
      - tell your employer what you plan to do after leaving your present employment

Dear Mr Patrick,

I would like to inform you that I shall not be able to continue my job with your organization from the beginning of the next month. Before leaving the job, I think it is my responsibility to inform you my reason.

I have decided to leave the company on some personal grounds. In fact, I am a bit sensitive and cannot go with the negative attitudes of people who like to criticise everyone and work less. Often I had to undergo such bad behaviour from my superiors for almost no reason. Besides, a delayed payment is another ground that compelled me to take this decision. This is a common phenomenon that I get paid on a delayed date that causes difficulties for me to manage my finance.

After leaving the job, I will take a break for a couple of weeks and will start my own online business. This is the age of technology and online businesses are booming. It will help to grow my career indeed. I will always remember your support, cooperation and guidance.
