You have just bought a new mobile phone from a website on the internet. When it was delivered, the phone was faulty.

Write a letter to the company. In the letter:

   - introduce yourself
   - explain the situation
   - state what action you want to be taken

You should write at least 150 words.

Model Answer:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am Jim Warren, writing to complain about a faulty mobile phone that I was delivered after my purchase from your online store.

I bought a mobile phone (iPhone 5S, 32 GB, white colour) from your website yesterday and my order number is PSU-45F45. Just after I received the package, I noticed that the phone was not in a sealed pack. Besides, the phone has some visible scratch marks on its back and on the front glass, and that was not supposed to happen on a brand new phone. I think something went wrong and I was delivered either a refurbished or a used phone. It might happen that your company has shipped me the wrong package.

The person in charge of delivery is a witness to my statements. Hope, you will take proper actions to replace the phone with a brand new one in a sealed pack as soon as you get this letter. This type of error might harm your brand reputation and hurt your business.
