   - explain why you are not happy with the product
   - tell them what you would like them to do about the situation

Dear Sir or Madam,

I know it is not fashionable to complain about any purchased item from an online store, but I think I should inform you about a product I have recently bought from your website.

I purchased a sound system from your online store on 29th January and it cost me $90. My order number is VT-43432SA. I am not happy with the real product that I was delivered. There are some issues with the amplification system and the sound quality is not up to the mark. In fact, I am utterly dissatisfied with the sound system and it makes some harsh noise which appears irritating to my ears. Though the product details outlined that there would be three speakers and a subwoofer, I got two speakers, which is not acceptable at all.

Therefore, I would request you to replace the product with a fresh one that has no such faults. Besides, ensure if the sound system comes with two speakers or three.
