Dear Mr Logan Smith,

I am Jacob Ferdinand, hired a car from the Southampton Cars on 2nd March. I rented it for 7 days and took the car from the Onslow Road, Southampton, Hampshire branch of your office. I am sorry to say that a minor accident took place while I was driving to Cantakary Park yesterday.

The accident took place in the middle of the Church Pier Street. When a Pajero car approached me all of a sudden from the back, I was unable to avoid the accident. As a result, the bumper of the back was damaged and the car got a few scratches. The accident could have been worst but thanks to the driver on the other car. He able to halt his car in a few seconds. He then apologised and assured to pay for the repair.

Right after the accident, I called my insurance company and your manager to notify it. Then took the car to a nearby garage and had the bumper repaired. I am sending the copy of the invoice and repairing-details for your notification.
