Model Answer:
Dear Sir or Madam,
I wish that I didn’t have to write this letter to you, but I just couldn’t help it. Having lived in the same neighbourhood, I have always visited your shop to buy different kinds of equipment to meet my household needs. But, after buying a kitchen oven from your shop recently, I am not too sure if I could rely upon your store anymore.
And, the reason for this being is my technician just couldn’t get the oven to heat up to the right temperature. I called your shop a couple of times and explained the problem to one of your kitchen equipment experts, but unfortunately, no concrete action was taken to solve my problem. In fact, I asked one of your technicians to help me set up the kitchen oven as early as possible, but it just didn’t happen.
At this point, I don’t really have much patience left to deal with this defective oven anymore, and, therefore, all I want you to do is to replace this defective oven with a new one. And, if that’s not an option, I would expect a full refund immediately.
Yours faithfully,
Manish Patel
